Weddings by Cathleen , LLC is owned and operated by Cathleen F. Shriner. This is a 100% woman owned business. Cathleen has been officiating and planning weddings for 15 years. She works in Delaware, Maryland Pennsylvania, New Jersey and is available for destination weddings.

We believe that each couple is unique in their beliefs, desires and budget for their wedding day. From 2 to 400, we can help! With an eye for details and the couples desires we can create the perfect day for them. We have local vendors that range from cakes, beach set-ups, photography, flowers, music and limos and much more.

Debi Dow-Fenimore 

It is a priority to allow individual personalities to shine and be heard when Debi is preparing Wedding Vows, Renewal Ceremonies and Civil Unions. Debi likes to meet with each couple and gather as much information prior, so that she understands what is important to them. She LISTENS to what they want and develops a ceremony accordingly. She considers each event a privledge, not a job. There is nothing better than to be told "thank you for helping to make our special day so perfect."
